whoops

yesterday kara got in the mail her lab results from her recent checkup. unfortunately, the assistant or whoever screwed up big-time and also included the lab results of 2 other patients. we were wondering why the envelope was so thick! this is a serious mistake, and it's kind of funny that it was made on kara's doorstep, as she works the release-of-information desk at the hospital. someone's going to get a phone call over this one.

this is way worse than when i called last week to make a dentist appointment and the receptionist, without prompting, asked me (1) if i was kara's husband, (2) if i had the same insurance she did, naming the insurance, and (3) if i had a sore tooth too. though of course that's quite bad too.
